Several times my family has had problems with our PCs. My laptop several years ago had a hinge that melted from the heat. Recently my uncle's LED bulb blew and I had no idea how to fix it. Jacob had it fixed in under a week, and that's because we had to wait for the part we needed. I highly recommend his service.

Jacob from Giraffe Systems is outstanding to work with! Not only does he provide awesome service, he is extremely pleasant to work with. He has worked on different personal computers for me several times as well as providing services for the educational company I work for. Some of the issues he has addressed include hard drive replacement, programming, debugging, and general maintenance. He has also assisted the company I work for with some program trainings and is more than willing to answer any and all questions directed toward him.

I have recommended his services to many people and will definitely continue to do so in the future! Thanks for everything you do for us Jacob!

I brought my computer to The Compiter store in Minot to have fixed. They charged me $100 to put 1GB of memory on it. My computer wouldn't even power up. I brought it to Jacob Nelson that same week. He put more memory on it, put an antivirus on it, and basically reprogrammed the whole thing...for a reasonable price! It was like I got a brand-new computer....
